We use the World English Bible (WEB) — a modern, public domain translation that is clear and readable. It's free to use, which keeps costs down and ensures we can always offer the full text at no charge.
Voice cloning is powered by ElevenLabs, the industry leader in ethical AI voice technology. To clone a voice we need a short audio recording (around 2–3 minutes) of the person speaking. That person must provide explicit consent before any cloning takes place. The cloned voice model is private to your account and is never shared or sold.
We understand this is often the most meaningful use case. If you have existing audio recordings of a loved one who has passed — voicemails, home videos, sermons, anything with clear audio — our support team can help you evaluate whether the recording quality is sufficient for cloning.
